In creating a Teal for Teal group we have an idea about how to discover what works for your group in Six Steps.

Step 1 - Starting the journey
  • Contact Philippine or Erwin or both 
  • Have a Skype call 
  • Discuss Six Steps plus a PPT
  • Set a date
  • Invite 8-15 coaching-, training- and HR friends and colleagues and anybody interested in more humane organizations 
  • Find a room for 3 hours
  • Invite Philippine or Ernst or prepare yourself to:
  1. Present Teal for Teal
  2. Present 'Reinventing Organisations'
  3. Facilitate an engaging discussion
  4. Check commitment to this movement 
  5. Set a new date

Step 2 - Purpose
  • Facilitate discussions to surface questions, observations, insights and learnings
  • Develop (evolutionary) purpose for YOUR group
  • Develop meeting & working practices for YOUR group

  • Discuss these topics extensively in the group
  • Explore what knowledge, skills and talents members of the group possess in each area


Step 6 - Evolutionary Purpose (again)
  • Define topics of Evolutionary Purpose which you consider of key importance for Teal organizations 
  • Discuss these topics extensively in the group
  • Explore what knowledge, skills and talents members of the group possess in each area
